iframeALL ("we", "us", "our") provides a browser-based tool that allows users to create, customize, and publish embeddable iframe navigation menus ("the Service"). The Service includes a visual editor, AI-assisted content generation, Google Drive integration, and hosting of published menus at iframeall.com/{username}/{slug}.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
iframeALL offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
The free plan is provided as-is and includes limitations including but not limited to:
We may change the features and limits of the free plan at any time. Material reductions in the free plan's features will be communicated to registered users in advance.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including the HTML menus you design and publish ("User Content").
By publishing content on iframeALL, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and serve that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Upon account deletion, your published menus will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
The iframeALL platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and all underlying technology, is owned by iframeALL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you. You receive only the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including:
These integrations are governed by the respective providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IFRAMEALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to you to the full extent.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any prepaid fees.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. For minor changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. EU consumer law protections apply to users who are consumers habitually resident in the European Union.

Any disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
